Coach Frankie smashes it at Ironman Barcelona

Frankie competed in Ironman Barcelona at the weekend and put in a superb performance in her age group. In what was a brutally difficult swim she came out of the water in a competitive time of 1:02:00 before putting in a strong performance on the bike with a 05:23:00 split for the 112 miles. This put her in 3rd going out on the marathon. A 03:59:00 run then followed resulting in a finishing time of 10:37:15 and securing 5th place in her age group. Well done Frankie.
